Buy crypto: How do I get cashback on my XLM purchase?

With LOBSTR, you can get cashback in AQUA tokens on eligible XLM purchases made via MoonPay or Stripe if you hold AQUA or ICE tokens in your Stellar wallet balance.

AQUA token is the currency for rewards and on-chain voting in Aquarius. AQUA holders can vote for market pairs that need more liquidity and select trusted assets.

LOBSTR users can be eligible to receive 50% or 100% cashback on fees in AQUA tokens when purchasing Stellar Lumens (XLM) via MoonPay or Stripe.

For Stripe purchases, cashback is available only on the LOBSTR website when the purchase is made while signed in to your LOBSTR account.

LOBSTR has introduced the Loyalty Tiers Program, which extends benefits depending on the amount of AQUA and ICE tokens you hold in your portfolio balance. Cashback on fees is available for Silver and Gold Loyalty tiers.

How it works

Use the 'Buy Crypto' option in LOBSTR or follow this link to the LOBSTR website to purchase XLM.

For MoonPay purchases: eligible users can receive cashback when purchasing XLM through supported LOBSTR 'Buy Crypto' flow.

For Stripe purchases: cashback is available only when purchasing XLM through the LOBSTR website while signed in to your LOBSTR account. Stripe purchases made through the LOBSTR mobile apps are not eligible for cashback.

We'll send the cashback to your wallet once we confirm that your eligible purchase has been completed.

Cashback eligibility criteria

• Silver Loyalty tier accounts receive 50% cashback on fees.
  
• Gold Loyalty tier accounts receive 100% cashback on fees.
  
• Cashback on fees is available for eligible XLM (Stellar Lumens) purchases made via MoonPay.
• Cashback on XLM purchases made via Stripe is available only on the LOBSTR website when you are signed in to your LOBSTR account.
• Stripe purchases made through the LOBSTR mobile apps do not qualify for cashback.
• The Stellar wallet you are using for the purchase must have a trustline to AQUA token to receive your cashback payment.

• LOBSTR reserves the right to change, suspend, or deactivate the cashback service without notice. 

How do I get AQUA?

AQUA token is openly available to trade and purchase on Stellar DEX.

You can use the 'Trade' option in the LOBSTR app or website if you are looking to purchase at your own price.

Use the 'Swap' option to quickly purchase AQUA at the market rate.
