Stripe partnership. Buying Lumens and other crypto with LOBSTR

Link by Stripe is available:

• on LOBSTR mobile apps (iOS / Android) starting with version 13.3.0;
• on LOBSTR web: use the 'Buy crypto' option;
• Via this buy page, even if you don't have an account in LOBSTR.

On the LOBSTR mobile apps, tap 'Buy' on the Home screen.

Choose the Stripe provider, select the token you buy, enter the amount, and choose the preferred Payment method.

Service availability 

LOBSTR mobile apps: United States (excluding Hawaii) and Europe*;

LOBSTR web and purchases without a LOBSTR account via the buy page: United States only (excluding Hawaii).

*If Stripe does not appear on the list of providers, it is unavailable in your region.

Link by Stripe supports the following payment methods:

• Debit cards

• ACH direct debit (US only)
• Apple Pay

Supported fiat currencies

The fiat currency option depends on your region:

• LOBSTR mobile apps: USD or EUR (typically one is available)
  
• LOBSTR web and the buy page: USD

The minimum purchase amount is 1 USD / 5 EUR.

The maximum amount for one transaction is 3750 USD / 3750 EUR.

 Fees

- The processing fees for buying crypto via Link can depend on the selected payment method and amount and can be as low as 4% per transaction. 

- The network fees are required to validate your purchase on the blockchain. They’re dynamically calculated based on blockchain network conditions and can be as low as $0.01.

- The final fees will be shown in more detail before you make a purchase. 

Cashback

Important: Cashback is available only for XLM purchases made on the LOBSTR web via Link by Stripe.

With LOBSTR, you can buy XLM via Link by Stripe on the LOBSTR web and get cashback in AQUA token if you hold AQUA or ICE tokens in your Stellar wallet balance. Learn more
