Can't log in to my account due to an unconfirmed IP address

IP confirmation is an extra security step that protects your LOBSTR account from unauthorized access by requiring email confirmation when logging in from new IP addresses.


If you have IP confirmation enabled in your LOBSTR account, you will need to confirm each IP address used to log in to your account via email.


To do so, please check your email inbox and spam folder and click on the 'Confirm IP' button in the message titled 'New IP Verification...'.

Once you've confirmed your recent IP address, try to log in to your LOBSTR account again.

IP Confirmation is enabled for all new users by default.

Please consider enabling additional security options such as 2FA, or multisignature protection to increase the security level of your account.
