Buy crypto. What should I do if the order is marked as Completed but the funds have not yet been received?

Due to increased demand, the time for processing a transaction on the MoonPay side may vary. If an Order is marked as 'Completed' on the MoonPay end (visible in order details), it may take a while before payment becomes available in your wallet.


You may also use the Stellar Network explorer, such as https://stellar.expert/explorer/public to verify the status of the payment to your wallet. In rare cases, the payment may be marked as 'Completed' by MoonPay, while the transaction to deliver your crypto has in fact failed. 


Copy the transaction hash from your MoonPay confirmation email and paste it into the Search input to track the transaction.


Note that a transaction hash is a string of 64 symbols. Hash example: 61efa5073342b9e64d90751a605684c234d8b060babc98f127bdee1ec4285057



If the transaction is marked as 'Failed' on stellar.expert, please contact MoonPay directly here and provide them with the link to this transaction on https://stellar.expert/explorer/public so that they could complete the Order.
