Please note that email and password fields are case-sensitive.
If you think you've entered correct login credentials, but it prompts 'Incorrect email or password', please check the email you input and if there are lowercase/uppercase symbols in your password.
Ensure you didn't add extra spaces at the beginning or end of the password string.
To reset the password for your LOBSTR account, you will need to do the following:
1. Make sure you have saved your Recovery code or Recovery Phrase in the process of registration and you have the access to it;
2. Log out from your LOBSTR account;
3. Go to the 'Sign In' page and find the 'Forgot password?' button or just follow this link.
4. Click the 'Approve' button in the email sent to your Inbox.
When the password reset is approved, you will need to wait for at least 48 hours before a unique link to complete the reset process is sent to your email. IMPORTANT: The link will be valid for 24 hours only.
At the end of the reset process, you'll be asked for a Recovery code or Recovery Phrase.
Recovery code (a 10-word code) and Recovery Phrase (a 12-word backup phrase) are shown to users only once when creating an account in LOBSTR.
A user could have either Recovery code or Recovery Phrase - Recovery Phrase is displayed to every new user.
Both Recovery code and Recovery Phrase can only be associated with one certain Stellar account.
We (LOBSTR team) do NOT store Recovery codes and Recovery Phrases on our side to make app usage safe for our users.
In case you don't have the Recovery code or Recovery Phrase, please use your Secret key (a 56-character string starting with an uppercase 'S') to complete the recovery process.
Please NEVER share your private keys with anyone else. Store the codes in a secure place!
