MoneyGram integration allows LOBSTR users to seamlessly cash in and out the USDC (USD Coin).
Follow the steps below to learn how to deposit your local cash in one of the participating MoneyGram locations near you and get USDC tokens on your Stellar wallet balance in LOBSTR.
1. From the 'Home' screen on mobile apps or 'Assets' screen on the web > select USDC by centre.io:
2. Tap 'Deposit USDC' > choose 'MoneyGram':
3. Specify the cash in country, amount you would like to deposit, and click the 'Next' button:
4. Choose a payment location. You can choose a convenient branch by specifying your city, state, or postal address. When the selection of a suitable location is completed, click on the 'Confirm' button:
5. Fill in your personal details and click on the 'Next' button:
6. Enter your identity verification details. A MoneyGram employee will verify the data when you visit the location to deposit the cash:
7. Check the entered data and click 'Submit':
8. Your order is submitted. Within 24 hours, you will need to reach the selected location and deposit the appropriate amount. The corresponding amount of USDC tokens will appear on your balance a few minutes after the payment:
Note: To complete a deposit, it's essential to personally visit the MoneyGram point chosen in the third step of the guide. Be sure to bring the Photo ID.
