There are several 'receive' options that can be found on the 'Receive' page of the LOBSTR website and the 'Deposit' > 'Receive' screen on the LOBSTR mobile apps.
You can receive funds by:
- sharing your federation address. The federation address is set by the user when creating a Stellar wallet and typically looks similar to ‘username*lobstr.co’;

Alternatively, the sender can scan QR code of your Stellar or federation address to make their payment.
Please note that before receiving a Stellar asset, you need to add this asset on the 'Home' screen on mobile apps or the 'Assets' screen on the web. When adding each new asset (establishing a trustline), the reserved balance of your wallet increases by 0.5 XLM.

Note: Memo is not required to receive funds on LOBSTR since LOBSTR provides unique addresses for all our users. If the service you use to send a transaction requires you to indicate the memo, you can safely enter just 'Lobstr' there.
Requesting payments with LOBSTR
LOBSTR allows you to create a payment QR code with wallet address, asset and amount information pre-filled.
You can share this QR code with another LOBSTR user to save them the hassle of entering the details manually and avoid mistakes.
Follow these steps to create a payment QR code:
- Select the 'Deposit' option in the side menu of LOBSTR mobile app;

- Click on the ' ... ' button in the upper right corner and select the 'Create Payment QR' option;
- Select the asset and enter the amount you'd like to request. The app will generate a QR code with your payment details.
The wallet address embedded into the QR code will be the one you currently have as 'Active' on the 'Home' screen. Take a screenshot, or click the 'Share' button to share the QR code outside of LOBSTR.
