Having issues with my MoneyGram transaction. What should I do?

Kindly note that MoneyGram is a service partner of LOBSTR wallet. 

The USDC cash in and cash out services are carried out on the MoneyGram's side.


If you encounter any issues with your MoneyGram transaction, please call the MoneyGram support team at 800-513-5175 (US customer support line).


Alternatively, you can reach out to the MoneyGram team via email digitalsupport@moneygram.com.

 

In order to provide you with the best service, please share with MoneyGram your name, email address, phone number, as well as the Wallet Transaction ID provided to you by MoneyGram, if applicable.
